Building a recommender system for movie platform

Objetive: design an AI recommender system for a movie platform by developing and user stories.
User stories and prioritization
User Stories: developed 28 user stories inspired by the use of www.movielens.org that followed the template: As a [user], I want [goal or action] so that [outcome or reason].
Applied decision matrix method to rank individual user stories based on importance, volatility, feasibility, time, and cost. Each user story received points within these parameters.
Prioritized features within a budget of 35 points. The process led to a design approach emphasizing user control and governance of recommendations. Interactive features, such as the quiz and onboarding process, were introduced to enhance user engagement and customization.
Wireframing
Implemented design changes based on prioritization results to enhance user control, customizing the front page and community feed.
Introduced features like a quiz and an onboarding process to engage users directly in the recommendation process and provide more control over content customization.
