Objective: identify opportunities for enhancing students' experiences, whether it is through IT infrastructure, organizational changes, or educational procedures.
Collecting insights
Reviewing client-provided materials such as statistics on education dropout and satisfaction rates, onboarding processes, map of IT systems for teachers and students
Planning and conducting a workshop with administration employees and gathering additional data on unknown areas by involving the employees and their knowledge
Conducting semi-structured Interviews teachers and students and getting their subjective perspectives on the processes and digital platforms
Analysing data, identifying themes and opportunity areas
Using affinity mapping to cluster themes which involve data from all data collection methods
Finding opportunity areas where processes can be enhanced or use of digital platforms could be streamlined
